Delivery Time Guarantees
US/UK Orders
If an order has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 45 days since the order was processed, the buyer may request a refund or have the order resent free of charge.
All Other International Orders
If an order has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 60 days since the order was processed the buyer may request a refund or have the order resent free of charge.
Delivery Time Disclaimers
The 45-day refund policy may be nullified or extended due to random events such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or postal worker labor disputes that may impact various delivery locations.
Duties, Tax, and Charges
Customs Duties, Taxes, and Charges are not included in our base price.
This is a shopper’s responsibility, as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.
In the event that a customer refuses to pay taxes or duties owed upon the order’s arrival in the destination country, Racing Is In My Blood will not reship or refund the order.
Refund Policy
Non-Returnable Items: Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart on each product page.
Items Damaged or Poor Quality: If an item is damaged or is shipped with a poor-quality print, you must send us a photograph of the poor-quality print or damaged area. Racing Is In My Blood will replace any items damaged or of poor quality at no additional cost. Racing Is In My Blood is not responsible for items damaged in shipping. In such cases, there is no need to return the damaged item. We will send a replacement promptly.
Package Returned To Sender - Wrong Address: Orders that are returned to the sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional charges, including customs tax duties and another shipping fee once we confirm the need to ship it back to our production facility. These charges are typically imposed by the courier service. Racing Is In My Blood will only offer a 50% refund of the total amount as a refund credit back to your PayPal account.
Lost Order - Wrong Address: Racing Is In My Blood will not refund nor assume liability for orders that are lost due to incorrect shipping addresses. It is the responsibility of customers to provide accurate shipping information during the ordering process.
Used Items and Term Limits: Items in used condition, which include those that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. New and unused items that have been successfully received by customers within 14 days are eligible for returns or exchanges. After 14 days have elapsed from the receipt of goods, refunds and exchanges will no longer be accepted.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@racingisinmyblood.com.
Sale Items (if applicable): Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. However, we offer exchanges or store credit for sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at support@racingisinmyblood.com to initiate the exchange process.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about the return.
